The Best Self Yoga Challenge was created to make the endless amount of benefits from Yoga, and its community, available to a larger population. We have personally experienced the life changing power of Yoga and wanted to find a way for others to connect as well. If you're anything like us, before trying Yoga, you might think Yoga isn't a way to make a total body transformation. That couldn't be further from the truth.

 

What we want is to find individuals who are ready to jump in, work hard, and embrace the program with an open mind and attitude. The benefits of Yoga start with, but are not limited to; Better Body Image, Heart Benefits, Mindful Eating, Weight Control and Overall Fitness. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

~ You do not need to come with any yoga experience, our program is designed for all abilities and we love beginners!

~ Fully commit to the entire length of the program. There will be difficult classes and challenges. We want participants who will see it through to the end!

~ Allow us to take a before and after photos!

~ Have respect for both the teacher and the studio rules.

~ Understand that all transformations are welcome. This challenge won't be solely about losing weight, and everyone may come in with a differnet goal in mind. That's what makes this challenge unique!

~ Be disciplined enough to apply our nutrition plan. The program doesn't work without your consistency and efforts. You WILL see results if you follow the plan. 

~ Be ready to push yourself to new limits you didn't think were possible!

Being a good yogi isn't about doing the perfect, most advanced pose on the beach in a bikini. It is about showing up, getting on your mat, being passionate, and sharing your love of yoga with others. We love the opportunity to help others build strength and flexibility, mindfulness and obtain a healthier lifestyle.  We're very passionate about health and wellness and are shouting from the rooftops what we've learned with others, and when our students succeed, that's everything we've ever wanted!
